There are several drinking holes in Lunenburg. This is the quirkiest, inside and out! It is a somewhat dark place so is to be preferred in the winter months. The Ice Shed Bar at the OLd Fish House Restauranthas a bettwe summer outlook on the vessel traffic in the harbour, but it closes down when the snow flies.Strange subject matter but that weird proto-tudor styling seen at dusk was irresistible. The place is quite at odds with surrounding Victorian structures.
