I accidentally scrubbed the files from the host server about a month ago and just noticed the absence in re-checking links on my web siteThis tome was commenced in 1990 and completed in 1997 but it has never been fully edited and the illustrations I prepared for it were never added. Haven't had any feedback on this item in quite a few years although it has been the third most popular download.
